By using Wavelift you agree to these terms.

Use it for content you have the right to download

Only convert or download media that you own, that is licensed for download, or that you otherwise have permission to save. You are responsible for following copyright law and the terms of the websites you use. Don't use Wavelift to get around paywalls, logins or other access restrictions.

Free and Pro

• The free plan has daily and quality limits, shown in the extension. We may change them.
• Wavelift Pro is a subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through Whop. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the account page in the extension. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no automated or bulk use beyond normal personal use, no attempts to break limits or security, and no reselling. We may suspend access that does.

No guarantees

Wavelift depends on third-party websites that can change at any time, so some media may not convert. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or losses from using it. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above; continuing to use Wavelift means you accept the new terms.
